Mike Meldrum Appointed to Macomb County Habitat for Humanity Executive Board

(CIT) is proud to announce its CEO, Michael Meldrum, will be serving as a board member on Macomb County Habitat for Humanity’s executive board. The new Macomb County Habitat for Humanity executive board will be chaired by Cleamon Moorer Jr., Baker College’s dean of the College of Business. Mr. Moorer and Mr. Meldrum will be joined by current vice-chair Heidi Sharp and current board member Ann Harpe.
Macomb County’s Habitat for Humanity is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2018. The organization has assisted 145 families with homes in Macomb County including a single mother with five children who was moved into a home just in time for Christmas.

This year Macomb County Habitat for Humanity has partnered with Baker College of Clinton Township to focus on the overlooked or “forgotten” population of homeless college students. The partnership will provide Habitat for Humanity assistance with website design, fundraising appeals, electronic media outreach, program design and other programs.
